Hotmail Broke

Question

someone please help me...

my Hotmail is all screwed up!!! is this a known problem and already being fixed? if not how can I fix this problem?

I can't send email with subjects or write in the body. but I can send attachments.

also inbox is deleting messages that are not checked.

and in my deleted section I can't always get into a message nor can I send them back to inbox once they are checked I get "you must check a message before you can send to inbox."
