Looking for SOAP interfaces

Question

Looking to write an app that uses soap interfaces to the Live@edu service.  We found the admin center sdk which will provision and de-provision users but the sdk does not appear to have anything that would allow us to manage group membership (aka distribution lists).  Is there a particular sdk that would need to be used to manage groups (add group, delete group, add/delete member?)
