Hotmail and mail.live.com not loading via web or via outlook 2007

Question

Suddenly can't pull up hotmail webpage. Tries to load page http://mail.live.com/default.aspx?wa=wsignin1.0 and screen just stays blank and process listed as Done in lower left of window. Seems to be trying to reach by113w.bay113.mail.live.com

This has come after hotmail account accessed through Outlook 2007 no longer recognizes password on both home and work computer, but could via the web. Username and password are correct.

Anyone experiencing the same and has found a resolution?

Have the first issue of webpage resolved, but still will not recognize password in Outlook 2007, so can no longer get hotmail through it. Anyone experiencing same and have a solution?

I am having the same problem, trying to pull up msn hotmail, and consistantly sent to the 113e.bay113.mail.live.com address

 

Anyone have a solution for this

have the same problem even went to hotmail live then after time same problem it must microsoft is resticting methods of access
