FrontPage 2003 Out of Memory when publishing and multiple folder selections

Question

I've used FrontPage 2003 for several years without publishing problems.  I recently switched from XP to Vista and FP worked just fine.  In the past week, I haven't been able to select several files from the "folder list" on the left by using the Ctrl + left click as I have for many years.  I can select 2 files this way, but when I select a third, the first file selected is deselected.  So the most I can select using Ctrl+left click is 2 files.

The bigger problem is one I discovered last night.  As of a week ago, I could publish my entire site to my remote site (host).  Now, when I try to publish just one folder, I get a FrontPage Out of Memory notice and FP shuts down.

Could this be from Vista updates?  Help!
