Compatability issue

Hello:
When rying to instal Windows 7 Ultimate over Vista I get a compatablitity error:
Universal Serial Bus controllers: Kernel USB Software Bus by TCP

When I check this driver it says its up to date.

Any help would be gratly appreciated
