haveing a problem keeping my windows live messanger connections

Question

I seam to be haveing a promlem with my windows live messanger. when i talk to some one ,when im done, its done.it shuts down on me and say that the system is not responding. Sometimes it does this when im talking. Everytime. I tryed un-installing it and then installing it again but there has been no change. I have to go through it all and log back in after each conversation. Its just a pain, it will let me sign in again but i shouldn't have to do that. I should be able to talk to someone, close the conversation and then select someone else and talk to them. But I can't. Any help will be very much welcome!
