problems replying to a message in Windows Live

Question

Since I installed a new version of Windows Live for my e-mail server, I cannot reply to messages. I get the pane, but I cannot place the cursor on the page. The entire page is right at the left of the screen so you can't even see the beginning.

I went into System restore, but Windows Live did not set a restore point on the computer. To take it back before I installed, I would loose too much. How can I remedy that problem?

Why did they have to "fix" a good thing with something that is worse? Guess that's Microsoft!
