How to access Windows Live ID Contacts using Windows Live ID Client SDK

How to access Windows Live ID Contacts using Windows Live ID Client SDK ?

Long Description:
 I know that we can access the Windows Live ID Contacts, using Windows Live ID Delegated Authentication SDK.
 This Windows Live ID Delegated Authentication SDK allows to read /write contacts/photos of other people, i.e.   a Team can have a Common Contact List ( or Fotos, etc).
 To get contacts/photos   a Web Site must be created and the Users must confirm/provide the access for this Web Site.

 This Solution is not real suitable, if I   need to connect to my own Windows Live ID Contacts from a Desktop Application

 Using the  Windows Live ID Client SDK we can access for example the our own Blog.
 So in this case no extra Web Site is necessary, because we connect to our own Data.

PS: The Outlook Connector can access the Windows Live ID Contacts without extra Web Site
