Alerts Newbie Questions

Hi Team,

  I'm going to set about the Alert Development. And through the SDK learning, some questions for begining of work still wait your help.

  1. Where and How to apply PartnerUID for one application on both Testing Env and Production Env, are they in the same?
  2. what process or preparation else I need to do for developing alert service?
  3. I've got validation mechanism for alert service is partnerID+IP, but what's IP mean? proxy IP, server ip, or internet accessiable public IP.
      And for testing env, do I have to send each request in dev mode from the solely server which IP is registrated in alert service list? if not, the request will be denied?
