Access Provider error after install

Unanswered Access Provider error after install

    I created a project in VB on my PC. Then I created a deployment project, and installed it on the same PC. When I run the program I get this error: "The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine." How can this be? It's the same PC where the program runs in debug mode just fine.
