Has anyone ever successfully created Setup Project for upgrade VB2008 with CRYSTAL REPORTS to VB2010?

Hello,

I have been wrestling for two months with an upgrade of a VB2008 application with a Crystal Report to VB 2010 and Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010, which are .NET Framework 4.

Has anyone ever successfully created a Setup Project for an application with a Crystal Report that has been upgraded from VB2008 to VB 2010 that uses Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010?
