Outlook 2007: Single Delegate not receiving Manager's meeting notifications

I have an admin who is not receiving her Manager's meeting notifications. Delegate is set up properly and has not been changed - she is the only delegate. This use to work but suddenly stopped about the time that she changed her network password.
I've been using the fix at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290684, Method 3 to fix Outlook from continually asking the user for her password. She had this problem as well after changing her network password. But the delegate notifications did not return.
I also tried the below fix on both her and her manager's mailbox.
Outlook 2007
Click Tools > Account Settings.
The Account settings window will open.
Highlight your email address.
Click the REPAIR icon.I'm looking for a solution to this problem. I'm not even sure if the problem lies with the Manager's computer or the Admin's.
Any help or links to relevant articles is greatly appreciated.

Hi Marcine_Lohman,
I would recommend you redirect it to http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/outlook. It seems an end-user issue.
Sincerely,
