Expected release date and new features for Windows Workflow Foundation 4.0

When is Windows Workflow Foundation 4.0 expected to release?
Where can I get the list of all new features in WF4.0?
Is it completely different from WF3 - not an upgrade?

I can answer the third question with absolute certainty.  WF 4 is COMPLETELY different from WF 3.

The exact date has not been set. but WF 4.0 beta2 is available now.

WF4.0 is not an upgrade from WF3/3.5, it is a newly design version. but WF4.0 and WF3.0 will share a lot of common concepts. if you are familiar with WF3.0 already, it will be quite easy to get start WF 4.0.
