64 bit Not showing interfaces marked with an ExternalDataExchange

On a Win 7 VS 2010 32 bit PC one can select a 'interface type' (handle external event activity) and see a populated list of interface marked with External Data Exchange. On a WIn 7 VS 2010 64 bit PC the populated list is blank.
How can this be?

Hi,
Please rebuild the project to see if problem persists. If the problem persists, could you please provider a sample code for us to reproduce this issue? Thanks.

I did try to rebuild the projects, I additionally tried clean solution, then build still did not work. Then tried clean; rebuild; then clean close VS2010, reopen solution and rebuild; iterations of this in between also. etc..
I still can't see the interfaces when I need to. I am placing a snap shot of what I see. This is working correclty on the WIN 7 SP 1 - VS2010 SP1 32 bit platform and but does not work on the WIN 7 SP1 - VS2010 SP1 64 bit platform.
