As I try to upload my app package, developer portal rejects it with the following error "We can't complete the upload."
After trying for several times, I got it to work once. Now I'm resubmitting modified the app for re-certification (it failed on the first pass) and the error just wouldn't go away.
I'm using a fresh and clean install of Windows 8 RTM from MSDN and Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate from the same source. Tried both drag and drop and browse method. No luck.
Am I doing something wrong?

When do you see the error during upload? Soon after drop, in the middle or at the end?

The error was happening immediately after the drop.
I already figured it out though - FDM 3.9 (from freedownloadmanager.org) was causing all kinds of ajax errors for me on many websites. After I uninstalled it there were no more problems.
