Help me "You must be 18 years old to have a Windows Store developer account."

Question

I'm trying to register for the "Dev Center - Metro style apps" with company profile and when I try to log on after getting the code tells me the following message:
  "You must be 18 years old to have a Windows developer Store account."

Please note in my account live.it I put in my date of birth and unfortunately it is well over 18 years.

I contacted MSDN support and they too have the same problem!
