    Aggelos,

    Thanks for starting this list!  I'd like to add to it the u-blox GPS chips (such as the dongle that comes with Streets & Trips 2009), as well as Ericsson Mobile Broadband Modules.  You can get the u-blox driver here: http://www.u-blox.com/en/usb-drivers/windows-7-driver.html.  The Ericsson drivers will have to be provided by your PC OEM.

    I just created a driver that works with any NMEA compatible serial port GPS. You are invited to test it.
