Restoring question to enable/disable a sensor on RequestPermissions

Question

Normally Windows present a dialog box to the user, asking him to allow a new sensor. However i accidentally pressed 'no' once, and now, when i reinstall a sensor, i have to manually go to the control panel and enable it.

Is there a (non programming) way to restore the default behaviour ? Registry key or something.
