What are the possible ways to recreate a windows profile without mouse clicks?

I need to automate the way of recreating corrupted windows profiles by just double clicking an executable file from a standard user with no admin privilege on his/her machine. How can I achieve this? Is this possible?

Windows Vista SP2
UAC is controlled via GPO.
