Orca MRU list broken?

Question

I've recently noticed a strange behavior running the MSI database editor "Orca" in Windows 7. 

The Orca shortcut in the Start Menu prompts me for administrative credentials when I click on it. That is a Good Thing.

I can use File -> Open to navigate to any MSI and open it without any problem.   But if I select something from the MRU list nothing happens.
