Wednesday, March 18, 2009 1:56 PMPeople that voluntarily try to help others such as you strongly prefer that questions not be posted in multiple forums at the same time. Posting this question here is futile, since this forum is a programming forum and your question is not a programming question. You will get better help in a non-programming forum. Find the appropriate non-programming forum and use that to ask this question.
I see you have already gotten answers in two other threads; for the benefit of others, see:
problem with Adobe Audition 3 opening up in Vista : Sound and Media : Windows Vista : Microsoft Answers Forums
Adobe Audition and DEP not allowing program to open : Install, Upgrade, and Activate : Windows Vista : Microsoft Answers Forums

Wednesday, March 18, 2009 5:50 PMThe important thing is that since you are not developing a program yourself, the MSDN forums are not the place to ask questions. Also, avoid posting your question in more than one forum at a time. If you are not sure where to ask a question, there is a forum for asking where to ask; or at least, there is such a forum for the MSDN forums and I assume there is for the other forums also. Otherwise, choose the best forum as best you can and then ask for advice if there is a more appropriate forum.
You might need to get professional assistance. There are ample experts in your area; you say Los Angeles but I assume you are either in the Hollywood area or the SFV. I am in the SFV and I know there are plenty of computer specialists around here.
