TabTip.exe arguments

Question

Is there a place where TabTip.exe (on-screen keyboard) arguments are listed? I know only one possible argument - "/SeekDesktop". This should allow to run this keyboard on another Windows desktop (created via CreateDesktop WinAPI function). But this method sometimes work and sometimes does not.

Any help would be appreciated.
