How to query fai.music.metaservices.microsoft.com

Can i query fai.music.metaservices.microsoft.com from my c# application ? there is a protocol about how to query like freedb has ?

I have a cd in my drive and want the info for the music, artist, album, titles, etc.

I get the infor from freedb but want to query  fai.music.metaservices.microsoft.com too, is possible ?
