realtek.no audio output device found

Question

my sony viao computer windows 7OS  home premium,i have an x over the audio in task bar,it says no audio output device installed. in device manager i cannot find realtek.also in control panel there is realtek. i have been battling this for days now with different troublshooting methods,finally i had to do a system recovery and still the same no out put device.i uninstalled the realtek from control panel downloaded it again from sony sites and still not working.can someone tell me what to do.please i need help.

Make sure you're installing the right audio driver for your specific Sony Vaio model; different Vaio systems may require different audio drivers.

Make sure to only install drivers you get directly from Sony's support site, or from Windows Update, or from other sites you have reason to trust; driver packages are a common vector for malware.
