window 7 wia will not start and my scanner will not scan

I get a error message 1068 when I try to start the wia start up in services but I do not know how to fix this problam any sugestions

Right click wia and choose properties. Go to the Dependency tab and start those services.

 

C:\Users>net helpmsg 1068

 

The dependency service or group failed to start.
