Unanswered Cannot add/locate reference to Windows 8 assembly Windows::Management::Deployment

    I'm trying to write a simple C++ .net based console app to list, and perform other functions on Metro app packages. My understanding is I need to use the PackageManager class provided in the Windows::Management::Deployment assembly. However if I create myself a basic CLR console project and try to add references to assemblies, it would appear amongst all the assemblies shown, this isn't present. Can anyone help explain where I'm going wrong..?
