Vista installation problem on XP

Question

Hi, i recently installed vista beta, the latest one. And i downloaded the files microsoft provided me with the install the beta. So i install it, no problem , then when installation is complete, the box goes off and thats it, nothing else, please tell me how to install vista from here please. Your help is much appreciated.

So does your installation try to start, or does it go into the infamous reboot loop?

My advice for what it is worth would be to boot from the VISTA installation disc and to carry out a complete new install, I assume that you went for the upgrade option? You may want to format your hard drive as well, when you carry out the installation.
