when i open a program to run like the Sims 3 or iTunes spotfiy or download something of iron browser it crashes it could be an error with java it said ? i cant refresh windows 8 either they all worked fine before????? the product keys to re
install don't work. i can install windows updates though
Does the Windows Developer Preview only crash when you open a program? Or does it crash in Internet Explorer?
Do you get any error message?
Check the event viewer to see if there are any errors. IN both System and application event viewer.
