We want to get a windows 7 logo for software - but now I'm on dev center hardware

is there a site or portal specifically for windows 7 logo (software). I signed winqual.exe with my verisign certificate today uploaded it and tried to get setup on the windows 7 logo program, I keep ending up on the dev center hardware site. I reviewed the contracts but they are about windows 8 or bios or device drivers. Our code is relatively simple install just vs2008 c# code with a few dll's, no hardware device drivers or bios.
Am I in the right place? Where do I need to go? Any step by step documetation?
The licenses also mention testing procedure ...
Company will test each Company Product in accordance with applicable Microsoft policies and guidelines, including the Standard Testing Procedures
how do I find information about standard testing procedure guidelines?
Thanks,
Randy

Windows 7 logo for software, please refer to this document: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3859 and via this tool: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=857
Below is the main page this program: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/dd203105.aspx
From the document http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd371701(VS.85).aspx you also could try to contact Client Logo Mailbox: SWLogo@Microsoft.com

Bob,
The links but the documentation is just what I wanted. Wish I found this when I got started. Think the winqual redirect throws off a lot of microsoft support people as the new site is different than what they were taught. As an end user I was lost in translation.
Documentation is good ... I asked most of these questions to support personnel wish I had seen this first! http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3859
I'll assume the dev hardware site is the correct site because its were winqual redirect dumps you off, there is a dashboard with a software logo on it, but the license agreements you need to sign probably need to be rewritten for software users.
Not sure why I need to test my program on everyone's video cards and bios if I'm using .net and microsoft development tools. Thanks,
Randy

Please try to contact sysdev@microsoft.com for mroe support, and I noticed that Sheng has shared you one FAQ link: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/hh770506.aspx including
Can I still make Windows 7 logo submission using the Windows Software Logo Kit (WSLK)?Yes, Windows 7 Logo submissions from the WSLK will continue to be supported. Submissions from the new Windows Apps Certification Kit (ACK) will not be available until the RC release. Please continue to test and submit using the WSLK. At the RC release, only the submissions from the Windows ACK will be accepted both for Windows 7 logo submissions and Windows 8 desktop app certification.
So I think that your software logo certification still could follow the Windows 7 Logo for Software document.
