Folder Security Software (Password Protection)

Question

Does anyone know of any software that will allow me to password protect (lock and unlock) my files and folders and is windows 7 compatible. Basically something that will allow me to right-click in a folder, click "new", then select a folder with password protection, or something that will allow me to right-click on a folder and add a password to it.
