Lifecam VX3000

Question

I recently bought a lifecam VX3000 and downloaded the software from the website. I can video call, but it won't use the mic, photo, or video capture. Should I download the software again???

I think this will be the best approach. Download the driver from http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/digitalcommunication/DownloadResult.aspx?prod=VX3000&os=vista32bit&lang=en&driverVersion=LifeCam%201.3%2032-bit%20and%2064-bit%20for%20Windows%20Vista

Then install it again. Check out the VISTA control panel if the Cam will shown there.
