Discussion App passed the test, what to do next?

    Hello,

I had my Desktop application pass tests using the new Windows App Certification (ACK), under both Windows 7 and Windows 8.

I used the tool from www.microsoftplatformready.com to upload the xml files.
For Windows 7 it is flagged at final stage, showing me the links to "promote" it, i also followed the Windows 7 Compatibility Center submission link, even if it does not relate to an ID of submission.
For Windows 8, still there are no options to go forward.

Previously i got my Verisign authenticode which i submitted to Winqual website.
It is no clear what should i do now, in particular what to do on the Dev Center - Desktop dashboard, there are no options to submit the application, only many documents to sign but i don't understand if/how they are related to a desktop app submission.

    Can anyone help clarify?

    Thank you,
    SB

Unfortunately, this forum does not cover the process question on Logo Certification Program. You could contact this alias sysdev@microsoft.com Thanks.

    Hello Bob,

Thank you, i already sent email to sysdev.
Anyway, besides the Logo Program, my question is about how to go on submitting a Desktop application, that is: getting ready for the Windows Marketplace.

Are the steps i highlighted the end of the submission? it is absolutely not clear from the MPR website.

    thank you
    Stefano

Unfortunately, since the Logo program does not update and publish the public document about this, so we also do not know the details about the Windows Marketplace and the submission.
