    I don't think that's normal.

    Hi,

    According to the error message, I would like to suggest you to check http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2563017 for an useful article if the issue is encountered when you manage ACS namespace on Azure.

    Actually, it would be better if you can share the exact problem with more details as Alexander mentioned. Then we can find the issue more conveniently and provide further suggestions for you.
