Windows Azure SDK for .NET Install Fails

Question

My Azure SDK install is failing.  I'm running Windows 7,  IIS 7.5, VS 2010.  None of the IIS pieces seems to install, and it looks like it's timing out trying to install AspNet MVC3 Tools Update, although I already have it installed.   Any help would be much appreciated.  Here's the log:

Hi.

Did you try to install Windows Azure Tools not via Web Platform Installer? Try to download and install all of components manually:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=28045

In this order:

Emulator, SDK, LibsForNet, Tools.

Sometimes WPI failing to install Azure-related components for unknown reasons. If manual installation will not succeed please ask - I will try to help.
