How to use Facebook as an Identity Provider

Question

If we want use Facebook as an Identity provider with ACS for our web app we need to create a Facebook application for our web app.

Does anyone have knows how to create such application in facebook?

I managed to get an applicationID and a application secret but when I used facebook as an Identity provider I got an error page (500) - probably an OAuth error.

Hi Manukahn,

There can be multiple issues if you don't configure the IDP or RP correctly. How did you configure the identity provider and the relying party? 

Now, most of the issues are due to an incorrectly configured realm in your RP. What are you using as realm? Verify if it matches the URL of your application.
