Discussion No responding when activating Azure account

    Then I clicked the "Next" button, It shows as below without any resonding.

    I kept waiting, at last it redirected to the login web page, making me login again.....

    There is no way at all to activate my Azure account. Please help. Thanks!

    Btw, I'm in Beijing currently. Is there anything to do with it?

    Hello, sorry you are seeing this. Does your first name or last name contain an accent or an international non-ASCII character? If so, you will not be able to sign up because of a bug. We are working to fix this actively. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    I have two subsrciptions. My first name and last name in my old subscription indeed contain Chinese characters. But I'm using the new subscription which has no Chinese charcters in it.

    You're fixxing the bug now? Then I'll be waiting for ya. Thanks a lot!
