Con risposta Service Bus disabled - move to new account

    My trial account expired, and I just signed back up using Pay-as-you-go; however, I can't figure out how to re-enable my Service Bus namespace.  I was going to delete it and recreate a new namespace, but I can't even delete it.  It just shows up as Disabled.

    Is there a way to either delete a Disabled namespace - or have it moved it to my new account?
