"403 - Forbidden: Access is denied."

Question

I am a bilogical man. I used webometric analyst software for academic use. Presently I am getting "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied." error using this software even though I got a new Bing API key (Free).

How to get rid of the error.

Hi,

I am not sure how does the software send request to Bing Search API, but i suggest you use Fiddler to capture the request and get more info about the error. The error code 403 always means your Bing Account keys is not correct, try to get it here:

The software developer informed that some keys are working and some are not working. They do not know the real reason.
