    I am trying to generate a metrics from multiple DB (Cloud SQL Azure ) + (Cloud storage) + Excel files + SQL server 2008R2 DB

    I am trying to this at runtime , can you guys suggest the best possible methodology to do this ?

    What kind of metrics are you interested in generating? Can you share some more details?

    Hi,

    If you just want to combine the data from On-Premise database and Cloud database, just use different entity framework for different DBs, and generate your "Metrics". The application can works at on-premise server or deployed on cloud, i think it's decided by your design.

    BTW, if convinient, please provide more details about the "Metric" as Gaurav's suggestion, it will help us give a more exactly anwser to you.
