    Just checking:

When you logged into the managment portal, were you in the new portal or the silverlight portal.

The new portal will only show service certificates.

Are you checking the certificates from this option only? You need to see under management certificates for the certificates at subscription level. If you have more than one subscription check carefully which subsription you are verifying for the certificates.

    Hi Di'mond,

There is a similar (recent) answered thread here in the forums: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/MediaServices/thread/42c0654e-adf8-4e61-8170-f627bf98915d/

As you can see, the person who experienced the same error you are was advised to contact Windows Azure Customer Support.

This sounds like it may be an account or subscription level issue and unrelated to Media Services.  It's possibly you could have multiple subscriptions attached to the same Live ID and you are exceeding quota in one of your other subscriptions.

    Hope this helps!
