in this lms project contains more then one database on sql server 2005

features are of my project :-

1) creating roles

2) Manage roles

3) Create user with roles

4) Comments

5) Attendance

6) online exam 

and so ..please guide me how can i solve this issue with windows azure ..

Yes, this is a supported scenario. The website can be ported to either Windows Azure website or cloud service. The database can be ported to Windows Azure database. Please refer to http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/develop/net/ to get started.
