Answered Storage not available

    We are currently running into issue with storage accounts not being accessible.

    Is there an issue with storage right now? The Service Dashboard is not showing any service interruptions.

    seen the same this morning (CET) and some storage accounts have not been accessible - just when I was about to open a ticket it's been resolved for me, working ok since then.

    Do you still experience any issues?

    1. Remove your browser cache.
    2. Try to connect using the old portal: http://windows.azure.com

    If that is not working: open a support ticket. http://www.azure.com

    It showed the error in two different browsers on my computer. It showed error to my colleagues on different computers. And the error occurred to other people. It is not a browser cache issue.

    You are right, it can't be a browser issue then.

    Is that is North Europe?  There is a service interuption reported there.  (http://www.windowsazure.com/nl-nl/support/service-dashboard/)

    Yes, support personnel confirmed to me they had service interruption at that time. The problem was they added information about service interruption at 2:41 PM while the service was not working around 11 AM. So we couldn't see at that time there's a problem with storage.
