whats the default RetryPolicy for CloudStorageAccount?

I have searched all over the msdn libary and cannot seem to see the documented default value of RetryPolicy for an instance of a CloudStorageAccount.

- What is the default value?

- Is it the same when using the local development fabric as it is in the real cloud?

This post on the Azure Storage Team blog describes RetryExponential as being the default retry policy. The default min backoff is 3s, the default max backoff is 90s, the default client backoff is 30s, and the default retry count is 3.

This is a Storage Client library feature so is the same in the development fabric as the cloud.
