How can i activate cloud service in windows azure platform after setting up of my application?

Hi,

I have hosted my application and created my storage account. Its working fine. But couldn activate my cloud service yet. So i cant find any changes between my previous hosting(vps) and cloud hosting. Truely say means it takes more time to catch my page than vps. How can i activate it? please give your suggestions?
