How to Connect to CRM2011 Onpremises from .Net application hosted on azure?

Hi,

I have just wanted to know, if i have hosted my web application in windows azure server then is it possible to establish the connection with crm 2011 on-premise  which is hosted on different server using service reference directaly????

Hi vitor tomaz,

Hi have already tried the same and it works fine. When i done the same in my web role of azure then also it works fine but when i put the same code in my worker role then it throws an error like "the metadata contains a reference that can not be resolved" please help me

Could you provide more details? For the simple error description i can not make sure what's your inherent problem, if you can not provide, would you like to introduce your application and how does that error occurs?
