Billing example for 2 web roles and 2 worker roles?

The minimum monthly hosting charge is:

$0.12 x 24 hours x 31 days = $89.28

The best practice is to run at least 2 instances per role.  Does this mean that a simple application with 2 web & 2 worker roles will run $89.28 x 4 = $357.12 a month?

My understanding is yes if you want the back up of the SLA

Yes, you are correct. Additionally, the SLA only kicks in if you have at least 2 instances.
