Configuration / Restriction profiles

Question

is there any way to push restriction profiles to windows 8 device? configuration and restriction profiles basically would allow  configuring stuff like VPN, passcode, networks, ldap, email etc. something like .. iPhone Configuration Utility.

If you could break it down by what can be done on desktop and metro would be great.

This forum is for discussion of developing Metro style apps on the Windows 8 Consumer Preview. For questions about system configuration and administration please post on the Windows 8 IT Pro TechNet forums.

Metro style apps are sandboxed and cannot make system wide configuration changes.
