Answered Blend 2012 Rc, Not able to create a new project

    I installed Visual Studio 2012 rc unlimited. When I opened Blend it is not letting me create a new project. Ok button is disabled all the time because nothing in Language and Version to select.  Language and Version both drop down are blank. There is no template available.

    I have installed this on Windows 7. Can any one let me know if I am missing some component or there is installation issue.

    which version you installed? It is expected if that is express version. Because on win7 VS doesn't support metro style project.

    I have ultimate version installed on windows 7. May be this is why it is not working. Can you advice which version i can use on win 7 to get maximum functionality available in Visual Studio RC 2012.

    Unfortunately Blend is empty on Win7, no matter which version you installed. It will work when you upgrade OS to win8. Or you can use visual studio directly.
