ISSUE IN WINDOWS 2000

Question

I am getting an error pop-up " not enough quota is available to process thios command". when I close any of the application like .net or MSSQL i am able do the next process.

Kindly give me a idea. if this is not the right place tell me an wr I can post this issue.
