Question

when i go to shut down my computer  it  says  over  to  the  right  that  theres  2  programmes  from  microsofts  update  that  need  to  be  downloaded  i  have  clicked  on  this  button  and  yet  its  still  after  restarting  saying  when ever  i  go  to  shut  down  that  the  programmes  are  still  waiting  to  install  grrrrrr

Hi,

please logon to the system start "Windows update" and check for updates. Install the updates. If the error persists please let us know the update KB Numbers that make trouble.
